Contact Casino Apps
Email us at info@casinoapps.co.za. It is one address, it goes to the editorial team, and we read everything that comes in.
There is no form on this page and no live chat. We do not collect anything about you, so an email is the whole of it.
What we can help with
- Something on the site is wrong. Tell us the page and what is wrong with it. This is the message we act on fastest.
- An offer has changed. If a welcome offer or a payment method on one of our pages no longer matches what you see in the app, send us the page and we will re-check it at source.
- An operator we have missed. If a licensed South African operator has a casino app we have not covered, tell us who.
- Press and business. Same address, and we will point it to the right person.
What we cannot help with
We are not a casino and we are not connected to any operator, so we cannot reach your account. If your withdrawal is late, your account is locked, your bonus has not landed, or you want to close an account, that has to go to the operator itself. Every licensed South African operator publishes a support address and a phone number on its own site, and their support teams can see your account where we cannot.
If you have a complaint an operator will not resolve, it goes to the provincial gambling board that issued that operator its licence. The licence number on the operator footer tells you which board that is.
Help with gambling itself
If gambling has stopped being something you enjoy, do not email us about it, because there are people far better placed to help. The National Responsible Gambling Programme runs a free counselling line on 0800 006 008, day and night. You can also send HELP by WhatsApp to 076 675 0710, or email helpline@responsiblegambling.org.za. It is free and it is staffed by trained counsellors.
How long we take
We are a small team. A factual correction usually gets looked at the same day. Anything else can take a few days.
